Kay has years of extensive Operations Management experience serving as a company representative on regulatory issues; she has managed several global funded projects for nearly 5 years with outstanding recognitions received. She has been in an Executive Management role for several years with overall operations responsibility, accountable for effective and successful management of productivity, quality control and safety measures.

Her responsibilities in operations over the years include interviewing, selection and hiring, training new and existing employees, and addressing employee performance and corrective action plans, employee motivation and rewards.

Hence when an opportunity to join a recruitment business was presented to her, she grabbed the chance. She always has a knack for sales and business development, client services included. She is doing all these at WeConnect currently – being our go-to client support and services to attend to our clients’ hiring requirements, and follow all throughout the process to ensure successful delivery of WeConnect’s recruitment solutions to our clients worldwide.
