- Proven success in a recruitment agency setting
- Solid 360 recruitment experience
- An excellent track record of customer service and successful placements in Asia
- An outstanding network of clients and candidates in Asia within any specialism
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process
